Thank you for shopping with The Queen Couture. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and confidence when shopping with us.

Return Eligibility

  1. Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any items.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and labels attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been altered, customized, or show signs of wear.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Items marked as final sale.
  2. Gift cards.
  3. Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at customer.service@thequeencouture.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  2. Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  3. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Chargebacks

  1. Dispute Resolution: If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact our customer service team first to resolve the matter before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.
  2. Unauthorized Chargebacks: In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, we reserve the right to dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company and take necessary legal action to recover the funds.

Damaged or Defective Items
